Volunteer
Volunteering your time is another great way to support King County’s most at-risk children.
We have a variety of ways in which you can volunteer:
- Special Skills Volunteer Do you have a skill to teach a group of children? Painting a mural, baking cookies, leading a science project, or exploring hiking paths — all of these and more would be great activities for our children. We are always trying to expose our children to new skills or activities, and your professional experience and talent is a wonderful way to do that. Contact us to get started.
- Committee Work Do you have some time and special skills you’d like to donate? We can always use enthusiastic volunteers to help on our program, auction, marketing, fundraising or finance committee. All backgrounds and talents welcome and appreciated. Contact us and we’ll help you find the best fit.
- In-Kind Services Do you have professional services you can donate? We are a very lean staff that focuses our donor dollars on program support, so we can always use support with services such as design and printing for communications materials, advertising, and web site maintenance. Contact us and let us know.
For more information on any of these volunteering opportunities, call us at 206-328-3535.
